1. Sales Manager
Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plan & budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the branch.
  • Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Lead, manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales target set.
  • Attend to any customers queries or complaints.
  •  Forecast, budget and monitor and track individual sales target progressively.
  • Prepare weekly sales report  and manage collection.
  • Conduct regular market visits to check market sentiment, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience including 3 years of demonstrated track record f field sales, preferably in property sector.
  • Degree in any subject with a certificate in Sales Management
  • Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes
  • Good communication skills -Oral & Written

2. Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
  • Meet sales target
  • Assist in strategy, planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities, prepare reports on a regular basis, monitor collection of payment and gather market intelligence
  • Prepare to travel for sales events, road shows and property fairs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • SPM / STPM / Diploma in Marketing or related disciples
  • Proficient in MS Office application, IFCA property system and must posses own transport
  • Mature, outgoing, highly responsible, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good presentation skills.

Job Details
  • Responsible to deliver on all milestones related to Payroll Split activities life cycle including developing of test plan and cases, testing, requirements and stabilization of the solution after the split for both HPE, HPI

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Project management and implementation of Payroll solutions via PeopleSoft Global Payrol 9.1
  • Able to read and write in English and Chinese
  • Strong people skill, excellent communication and ability to work with people of all level are essential for the position, i.e to manage employees' expectations and to develop strategic partnership and teamwork with different business partners and internal customers
  • The individual is required to be team player, analytical, versatile, and possess judgment to assume calculated risks while thinking out of box.
  • This position also requires expertise in policies and guidelines (such as, but not limited to, HR compensation and benefits policies, HR Mobility Policy, and Global Payroll System) and country statutory acts relating to Payroll (EPF, SOCSCO, PTPTN, PCB and other related acts/practices relating to country payroll).
